[gtk+osx] Aqua GTK-perl

I'm new to the list.
I successfully installed gtk-osx-0.6 on Jaguar including gtktestthing 
project.
I would like install GTK-Perl.
Could somebody on the list help me ?
What is the better way : Project Builder or Makefile .PL ?
