It's a while since last release. A lot has been done in non-visual pat of application. Most notably data storage is now done with ODB database from Neodatis, which will hopefully enabled further growth of user database and implementation of new features. GTD-Free is personal TODO/action manager inspired by GTD (Getting Things Done) method by David Allen. GTD-Free tries to be simple and easy to use.

New and noteworthy:
* Added feature for export to PDF file with action selector.
* Wrong month name fixed. (Tracker ID: 2545267</a>).

This is testing release. New feature for exporting has been
added as beta. It is still work in progress.
Now is possible to export actions to HTML and use HTML for
printing. Export to PDF and printing from application is
forseen as next.

Known Problems

* Generated HTML uses some nice Unicode characters (symbols
for stars and checkboxes). They may not be supported and
displayed properly on some platforms.... read more

This is bugfix release.
Noteworthy is improved data and backup handling in order to prevent data loss in some situation.

XML format of data files has changed.
Running new (0.4.3) version with same data folder/file will automatically import older files,
but saved or exported files will be only in now format.

New and Noteworthy:
* Fixed several spelling mistakes (and added some new).
* Fixed editing same action from different panels.
* Added consistent handling of deleted and resolved actions. Deleted actions remain in deleted list until deleted list is manually emptied (sort of a trash can in your mail reader).
* Fixed 'Auto Save' options in File menu. Default check-mark icon is used and if unchecked and GTD-Free is closed with unsaved data, then user is notified and able to save data. If user can not be notified (eg. computer shutdown or log-off is in progress), then data is automatically saved to 'gtd-free-data.shutdown_backup.xml' file in data folder.
* Fixed automatic file name extension when exporting.

* Added priority category for actions.
* Application layout is preserved till next run.
* Icons refreshed.

First beta release is ready. With available set of features for project and folder handling can be already used as daily tool for getting things done. It works for me.

Application GTD-Free was released with initial version 0.1 Alpha.
