Example:
I have project UMP, and going to add item: "UMP-14 fix some project issues" (UMP-14 related to outer tracking system). So I want already item moved to my project issues.
Also, the '!' and '?' sign after project name.
! - for Add to queue
? - add to someday/maybe item

These actions could be customized.

Do you mean that text for colleccted items should be parsed in Process tab and acted accordingly to some rules?

Correct. It could help to organize issues a bit faster.
It is easier for me to type some text instead of mouse clicking.
Possibly in future, it could be turned to rich text parser.
