#45 Posibility to add a new column "Numbering"

Before I used GTD-Free I used a self made Action List in MS Word. Action Items are numbered in the format.
1. First Item
1.1 Update of first item
1.2 new update of first item
2. Next Item.
2.1. update of next item

I would like to have a new column (maybe optional) which does this kind of numbering.
