* gt5.sh
- Add Copyright.
- Move initialization code to separate function.
- Write generic utilities, like gt5_die()
- Remove $AWK, the $GT5_AWK suffices and is more safe.
(REQUIRED_PROGRAMS): New.
(SUPPORTED_BROWSERS): New.
(gt5_die): New.
(gt5_exist_or_die): New.
(gt5_requirebin): New.
(gt5_which): New.
(gt5_grep): New.
(gt5_initialize): New.
(gt5_help): Remove multiple echo commands. Format like
standard manual page.
