Hi, There still isn't HDV capture support in GStreamer, but I wrote a patch for such an element which is here (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=350830 ). Provided you then have a mpeg-ts demuxer (flutsdemux) and mpeg2 video decoder (either mpeg2dec or ffmpeg_mpeg2video), you can then do: gst-launch-0.10 hdv1394src ! decodebin ! queue ! xvimagesink Hope this helps, Edward On Thu, 2008-07-03 at 14:40 +0800, liangzhihong1984 wrote: > Hi there, > I'm a new guy to Gstreamer and are working on a project which need to > grab mpeg2ts HDV stream datas from raw1394 DV,and display the video. > > can anyone give me some tips about how to do this? > Thank you all advance and any of your help would be appreciated. > > > > Best Regards, > Leon Liang > > > > > > > > ______________________________________________________________________ > 凝傲天成——发现东芝Qosmio之美,精彩奖品天天等你拿 > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Sponsored by: SourceForge.net Community Choice Awards: VOTE NOW! > Studies have shown that voting for your favorite open source project, > along with a healthy diet, reduces your potential for chronic lameness > and boredom.
