GsPdf V1003 released

GsPdf is translated to English now.
I hope the translation is a bit better then the one by google.

GsPdf is now available in English language.
During setup you can choose German or English. The language can also be changed later in the program menu "select language".

Patch GsPdf 1001-01-win32.zip 06-06-2007

Unzip the file[s] and copy it into your GsPdf working directory. If the file[s] allready exists overwrite it.

This Patch Fixes the following Bugs

In tabsheet GsPdf Job > show advanced options > create job. On the top right side the argument line is partially hidden by the "save changes"
