[gscan2pdf-announce] scantpaper v3.0.17 released

Changes compared to v3.0.16:

* Fix 0-based page numbering after undo
* Render with high-quality interpolation at all zoom levels. A faster
   filter is used only while panning or zooming.
   Closes #75 (Rendering quality is significantly worse than gscan2pdf
   for A4)
* Make the progress bar's Cancel button actually stop the running
   background work. Cancelling an import, save or conversion now kills
   the underlying helper processes (rather than just hiding the bar), so
   the job stops promptly and the application remains usable: pages
   already imported are kept and further files are not processed.
* Speed up drag-and-drop page reordering in large documents. Reordering
   a page no longer duplicates it through the database (image blobs are
   left untouched);  the pages are moved in place as a single undoable
   step, so dragging a page across a large scan is several times faster.
* Update to Italian translation (thanks to Albano Battistella)
