[gscan2pdf-help] Setting resolution and values as default also after restart

Hello,

probably, I'm asking a known question, but after searching a while, I didn't 
find an answer.

After starting gscan2pdf, clicking on the scanner icon, I'll have to set some 
values, like resolution to 150 dpi or Scanmode to Colour. I have to do this 
all the time after starting gscan2pdf.

Different to the page size. Once I set it to "A4", it stays like this also 
after restarting gscan2pdf. Quite weird.

Manual changes of the resolution in the .gscan2pdf visible-scan-options 
sections didn't make any difference.

So how can I set the resolution and other values once without having to really 
them after every startup?
