Thanks for the log. Looking though, gscan2pdf *IS* setting the
geometry correctly, but the source is set to ADF *after* the geometry,
and your scanner seems to reset the geometry when this happens.

Can you try first setting the source to ADF, and then *afterwards*
setting the geometry?
