internet connection error

after clicking on setup.exe it says internet connection error
status code = internet timeout
i have disabled my firewall.
please help

Hi Siddharth,

This message indicates that Grub2Win tried to access the Internet and failed.
It retried three times, waiting 10 seconds each time for a response.
There was no response, so the fail message was issued.

I have had no other reports of this . I checked the Internet server and logs.
No problem.

It seems the problem is on your end. Some sort of connectivity issue.
It may be that your provider is blocking some Internet sites or addresses.

Unfortunately, there is nothing more I can do.
You must resolve the connectivity issue on your end.
