Hello Guys,
I am very newbie in using Linux Distros so i need your help in Triple booting my Laptop.
Currently, I have Windows & Phoenix OS booted using
Grub2Win.
I want to add Manjaro Linux as a new entry in Grub2Win, but it seems to be complicated and I really dont know how to do any grub config.
I successfully installed Manjaro Linux in different partition (ext4), boot partition (Fat32), and linuxswap. All are in different partitions.
It is working well only when I use its own grub menu during booting.
The only things is just quiet annoying switching to different grubs all the time; "Grub2win" for my Windows and PhoenixOs -------- and "Manjaro Grub" for Manjaro Linux and Windows.
My question is how do I integrate/ add Manjaro Linux in the Grub2Win so that there will be just one Grub page everytime i am booting, for easy selection of 3 different OSes. Is it possible to do that?
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
It should be pretty simple since Grub2Win supports automatic code
generation for Manjaro.
Just run Grub2Win, click "Manage Boot Menu" then click "Add A New Entry"
and create a type "manjaro"
Then select your partitions and you are good to go.
If you have an unusual or complex Manjaro setup, run the Grub2Win
diagnostics and send the c:\grub2\diagnose.7z file to me.
This will show me your system info and partition structure so I can help
you.
Another thing that might be helpful, send me a copy of the
/boot/grub/grub.cfg file from your Manjaro system.
Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,
Dave
