Installed grub2win. Came back with an error. Something about bcd and not enough resources. I went torestartmy computer and now it's suck on Lenovo screen. Will not let me access bios, nor will it even attempt to boot from a CD or hard drive or USB drive. Lenovo is clueless. Hoping g someone here can help

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
When booting are you pressing the F2 or F12 or Del key to invoke the Lenovo boot screen? I mention 3 keys because there is no standard and I don't know which one Lenovo uses.
You mention being stuck on the Lenovo screen. What does that screen have on it? Other than the word Lenovo. lol
BTW How did you install Grub2Win? Did you down load it or someone gave it to you?
Ed

Good point Ed. Grub2Win should only be downloaded from the official SourceForge site. The code is SSL signed.
There are sites in Eastern Europe with bogus unsigned Grub2Win downloads. These may contain malware. Always check that your download of Grub2Win is properly signed with a valid SSL certificate before you run it.
Thanks again,
Dave

Hi John,
Grub2Win never touches your machine's BIOS. If you cannot access your BIOS or boot from CD, you have a problem with your firmware or motherboard.
I don't believe it is possible that Grub2Win caused this error.
You may want to check the BIOS battery on your motherboard and reset it.
Please let me know how you make out with this.
Thanks,
Dave
