Grub2Win is an open source project. This means that the source code is freely available here at SourceForge and can be freely distributed. You are also free to copy, customize and compile the source code to create your own .exe modules.
That said, my compiled, signed .exe files are subject to copyright and may not be distributed without permission. This restriction applies the grub2win.exe, setup.exe and G2WInstall.exe modules. Also to any compressed files that contain these modules.
SourceForge is the official download site for Grub2Win and is fully authorized to freely distribute both the source code and the compiled restricted modules.
Several other sites are distributing these compiled restricted files, which are digitally signed by me, without permission.
Beware these sites. They may also be distributing malware disguised as legitimate code.
Be safe!! Grub2Win should only be downloaded here at SourceForge.
