Help need to set a double system WIN11 & Proxmox

Hello to all of you

I tried to set a double boot system with no luck up to now so I ask if
someone has already done it

First original SDD is Win 11
Second SSD is Proxmox (installed via usb key boot )

Win 11 is still working (!) but the proxmox option end with error (see
photos)
I try some option in the setting of grub but I am too noob to understand
clearly what I do ...

I enclosed the diagnostics file with some photos inside

If someone can help me it would be very nice
