Grub2Win Offline Installer

Hi, is there any way to get an offline installer version of Grub2Win?
I've been using Grub2Win for years without a problem, but the latest version won't install.
I tried both updating from within Grub2Win and running a clean install.
I get "Internet Error-13-3" which looks like it's saying I don't have an internet connection.
My firewall is off, antivirus is off.
    Thanks!

      Hi Dave,

I am going through the exact same issue here, can you send me those instructions as well?

      Thanks in advance.

    Hi Yousif,

Please send me a screenshot of the error you are seeing so I can troubleshoot this issue.

I will then send you the instructions.

    Thanks,

    Dave

      Hey Dave,

Unfortunately the same error occurs again with the offline installer, I appreciate you taking the time and effort to assist me.

Is it something about Windows defender / Firewall? as both of them are completely disabled in the process.

      Thanks again.

      Hi Dave,

I solved this matter by installing Grub2Win on a different PC, then copied all files from that installation directory to a USB flash drive, moved them to my PC and ran the Grub2win application, when it says there is an internet issue I just skip and it works perfectly fine, can I say that I can't thank you enough for what you did?

      Thanks for everything, Dave.

      Yousif.
