Grub2Win cant Open or Reinstall

I installed Grub2Win about 6 Months ago, no problem, worked great. I recently installed Linux Mint on a partition and wanted to add its record to Grub2Win.

However it gave me Status Code = Internet Error 13 -3 "Please Check your internet Connection and Firewall Settings"

I have disabled BitDefender, added it to exceptions, turned off all windows defender / firewall.
I have also booted into safe mode with networking to no avail.

I can not even run the Uninstall Wizard, or a fresh Install. Same error for everything.

Any Suggestions or logs that I can access to track down the issue?

Hi Sean,

The failure is caused by your machine rejecting a standard FTP connection to SourceForge.

The FTP address is sourceforge.net/projects/subproject.grub2win.p/files

I do not know the reason your machine is rejecting this connection.
It is required to download the current code from SourceForge for the install.

Note: The uninstall routines have recently been updated so they no longer require the FTP connection.

Please let me know if you find a solution to your network issue.
