This patch allows to choose among DiscDB entries for a
disc when multiples exist. I believe this is what RFE
1104861 asked for.

Would love to see this in a release version.

Just patched and compiled 3.3.1, the patch works there as
well.

Also another note -- this patch doesn't interact well with
"rip on insert"... Turn that option off if you want to use
this.
