#98 Nameless disks always called 'noartist'; causes overwriting

When grip ID's a disk as 'noartist', it doesn't check
to see if a previous 'noartist' rip exists; it just
overwrites anything that already has that name. ..
suggest a fix that checks for 'noartist' directory and
rips unknown disks to 'noartist01', 'noartist02', etc.
to avoid overwriting older rips. Just a suggestion,
once you know what it's doing it's easy to rename
directories before starting another rip.
