#57 reinserting the same CD loses entered track details
I just typed in about 22 track names and artist titles
when my CD drive or Linux glitched and thought the disc
had been ejected and re-inserted. grip destroyed it
all when it reread the CDDB information again (it
wasn't in the freedb database so it was just track xx
over and over again...).
I suggest:
1. If track information has been entered manually, then
prompt before accessing the CDDB again.
2. If the disc is ejected and reinserted, the CDDB
should not be accessed again unless specifically
requested by the user.
I won't be able to use grip to enter track names until
this is fixed.

Ok, a little fiddling around exploring all the options I
found the bit where you can turn off automatic CDDB access,
unsurprisingly under the Config->DiscDB.
But I think point 2 is still valid so I haven't been a
complete waste of time ;-)
