Set Track number in ID3 tag.
Using oggenc as the encoder, the command-line lacks the
argument:
-N %t
..which would set the track number in the ID3 tag. This
is using:
OggEnc v1.0.1 (libvorbis 1.0.1)

BTW, this sets Vorbis comments, not ID3 tags.

This was fixed in one of the versions released by Mike back in 2004 or 2005.
