It'd be nice to encode to more than one format per track, in other words: (example) create an ogg file and a flac file for each track. Otherwise one must run Grip, rip and create vorbis files, then re-rip and create flac files.
One step closer would be the inclusion of diff Request ID number 1155884 "possibility to execute command after encoding". Then one could disable deleting the wav and manually execute the second encoder (assuming the variables from Grip (like track name, etc) were passed to the encoder on this command line).
