#314 german charset öäüß

i got troubles with the german charset, i can manage to
make grip post the right id3tags, but then the
filenames are crushed. (either the german charakters
are left out complete or they change into other symbols)

neither changing the charset nor the hint in readme in
/usr/share/doc/grip/README.Debian can help me out with
this prob.

without this little, but ugly mistake, grip is a
wonderful tool for me, thanks for your work.

In the track list the german characters (as äöüß) are showed right (Grip version 3.3.1).
When ripping (at least to ogg) the german characters are left out in the filename.
Problem still open... anyway, rip works but it is not nice.
