TestHTTPProxyTCPProxyEngine: testWithChainedHTTPSProxy, testHTTPProxyEngine both fail to read data. Some interaction has gone on already, so either the expected data is sucked and discarded earlier, or the engine is hosed in some way.
In both failures, the engine receives data from the client, and sends it via an SSL socket to the target (the "echo" thread). The echo thread echos the response - that's as far as I've traced.
