#397 Document the system requirements

AFAIK, grepWin never had its system requirements documented officially documented.
As support for Windows XP was recently dropped, I think it's the proper time to do that.
The system requirements should probably be documented both in the homepage (stefanstools) and as a standalone wiki in here.

It would also be nice to know what version ends support for Windows XP so that I can go find an old version to use where it's necessary.
