Modified JMSListenerPool in order to permit the configurtion of the same ForwardName on multiple queue.
Has been added a new required attribute @name to distinguish the forward instances.

Removed direct use of log4j's Logger class (MUST BE used GVLogger class)

Added loggerLevel attribute (at Services, Service, Operation, SubFlow level) to define a master logger level to be propagate
at all GV components and sub-systems. The master logger level can be changed at runtime through JMX.

Added LogCleanerTask that can be scheduled to compress and/or delete older log files

Added to RegExFileFilter the capability to select files/directory modified after/before a given timestamp
