Commit [r430]  Maximize  Restore  History

Added new configuration attribute, @full-iteration-output, to GVIteratorOperationNode.

If true, the full GVBuffer/Exception output of each iteration is added to a List then the List is returned as iterations output. Work in pair with @accumulate-output.
