Improved DTD referencing and deploy of aliased DTE Transformations

Improved reload configuration locking in order to avoid dead-lock.

Added support to disc backed-up FIFO queues:
- added a Generic template to define Class specific FIFO queues
- replaced JDBCAppender in-memory log message queue with this implementation, in order to avoid OutOfMemory errors with high-parallel services

Added to Dump utility class some methods useful to recreate the original binary buffer from the Hex dump representation. Added some test cases.
