I'm using v1.2.4 build 10 (64-bit), and every time I apply the shadow, the settings dialog comes up. I may have been mistaken, but didn't I hear that was addressed in a previous build? It doesn't seem to fit the general way things work with Greenshot, to have it come up every time.
