#1 pdf fonts are excluded

quick and dirty fix is to add
\pdfinclusioncopyfonts=1
to the preamble of the tex file created. This is an issue with an optimization that pdftex does to save on file-size: if multiple files are included, then any fonts with common names are only included the first time they are encountered. No further diff is done to see if the fonts actually differ even if the name is the same. So, missing character problems can show up. Force pdftex to include all fonts usign the option above. This will modestly increase the size of the files creates, so maybe the user should have control on whether this option is enabled?
