Hi,
Is it possible to say, use Kilograms and grams instead of pounds etc. ?
I myself run a recipe site, and was wondering if the software can switch to Indian measurement units.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
If you want to change units, you can do it ingredient-by-ingredient. If you have
1 lb. cheese
And you highlight "lb." and type in "kg." or "kilogram" or what have you, it will ask you whether you want to convert or whether you want to change the unit but leave the "1". It will ask if it can make a conversion, which of course it can't always do if it doesn't know the unit or if you're converting from mass to volume and it doesn't know the density.
So, the functionality is there, and it's pretty nicely implemented, but it's *not* convenient for mass-conversion. That said, this would be relatively easy to do in a future version.

You can enter any kinds of units you like.
