#15 Installed 1.4.0.1, have ghost watch watchers

I removed the old version I was using and put in version
1.4.0.1.

When I started Eclipse back up, there were several
watchers still defined, which I can not close.... upon
clicking close, nothing happens and they stay there.

I can define new ones, even on the same file those
ghost watchers are watching, but still cannot remove
the broken/ghost watchers.
