[GM-core] Huge GraphicsMagick Windows zip file

Does anyone here think that it is a bad idea to eliminate the huge ZIP 
file which is currently used to distribute the complete GraphicsMagick 
sources for Windows (GraphicsMagick + delegates)?  We are now 
distributing the sources in both 7-Zip and ZIP format.  The file size 
difference is huge:

ZIP	24,853,145 (24MB)
7-Zip	13,283,378 (13MB)

The huge file results in long download times.

It seems that the main drawback is that Windows users would need to 
download 7-Zip in order to use this source package.
