#103 GR32_Math.SimpleHypot bug in Graphics32 1.9.0

I found some difference in functions like LineXSP in version 1.9.0 by comparison with 1.8.3. Length of step of diagonal line was significantly longer than length of horizontal or vertical. In my TPlotVector32 component grid transform from round to square :) . That because "GR32_Math.Hypot(const X, Y: Integer): Integer" return incorrect value (max of X,Y instead of hypotenuse)

I replace "hyp := Hypot(nx, ny)" by "hyp := Round(Math.Hypot(nx, ny))" in all code of GR32. And problem was solved.

PS. I use Delphi 7
