[Graph-beta] Graph 4.4 build 511 is now available

The beta version is available at:

- The plotting speed has been improved even more.
- Translations have been updated but are still not complete.
- Bug that could cause several errors, e.g. when you change file type in 
the Save image dialog, has been fixed.
- Zoom on a single axis has been fixed.
- Tab order and accelerators in several dialogs have been fixed.
- The Interpolation box in the Insert point series now has more space.

This is considered a release candidate for Graph 4.4
