Fixed bug when square brackets are used for function parameters, e.g. 
log[x]5
Fixed use of Examples folder in the Start menu under Windows 7.
Fixed double showing of tool tips in function list.
Fixed problem with the main menu when "Show shadows under windows" is 
disabled under Windows 7.
