[Graph-beta] Graph 4.4 build 442 is now available

The beta version is available at:

The status bar will now show polar coordinates when a polar function is 
selected.
The table dialog will now default to the range [0;2pi] for polar functions.
Point series can now have coordinates that are either Cartesian or polar.
