[Graph-beta] Graph 4.4 build 414 is now available

My development environment has been upgraded to Codegear C++ Builder 
2006. This means that a lot of minor problems no longer exists. 
Everything is now Unicode. grf-files are now stored in UTF-8. Windows 9x 
is no longer supported. A bug in handling of long custom 
constant/function names has been fixed.
