Not sure if I'm using the code correctly, but on Mac OS X 10.5.6, the delete button does not "enable", forcing me to open the folder to delete the file. Great code.
The Delete functionality is disabled by default, to minimize the chances of accidental file deletion. I suspect you haven't enabled it yet. You can do so by way of the preferences. If this doesn't solve it, let me know.
