Development has not been done for a while, but the program has been a success. Right now other projects have the priority over this one.

Gradient up size is a program to upsize bmp files. It is being designed to upsize images without having any block or blurr side effects. It can upsize images without block effects. But has a small amount of blurr. Please beta test this program, and send in feedback. Without feedback, I am just sitting in the dark. With no way of knowing if it even works outside my computer.
