If we type in search "evg" it doesn't find "evgeny"
We should improve it. We should you substring where we do string comparison

It is not easy to redo, current search uses the indexed data and for every search query the similarity is calculated with all documents in graaasp. Thus it is difficult to use substring comparison there :(
