So, you can see the image correclty at 100%, but it is noisy when resized
by the zoom?

Did you try to convert this image in, say, png, and see what happens?

no, no, sorry, I didnt explain myself well: the thumbnail, the preview,
the 100% image, and the fullscreen image, all are deformed.<br>

I just tried as you suggested, the PBM converted (by Gimp) to PNG: the
PNG looks perfect in Gqview<br>
