[gpsim-devel] overflow flag

I'm new to pics (have used 8051 and other micros for years though)
and the thread on overflow had me head scratching for a minute
or two.  Reason is I'm using the 16 series parts, IIRC only the
17 and 18 series have the OV flag, right?
(which makes signed math a little more software intensive
on the 16 series....)
