Ah, I see that now.  (Still, those things usually point to a real Web page.)  This is the actual schema, which doesn't generate an error: http://www.garmin.com/xmlschemas/GpxExtensions/v3/GpxExtensionsv3.xsd


(Of course, this still doesn't begin to address the problem of how these weird points might be represented in the binary .gdb files...)
