(This might explain why we have so many mystified Windows users. :-) The main README is at http://gpsbabel.sourceforge.net/readme.html You can get the more esoteric README's from http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/gpsbabel/gpsbabel/ by clicking on the ugly number in the middle.
