Here I am to spice up the GPS Babel list once again. Firstly, everything seems to be working happily now. Thank you for the clarification and advice. The real reason for all of this nonsensical blathering was simply to get something that I could pop into NG TOPO!. NG TOPO! whines a bit when merging a converted to .tpg file (An attempt was made to access an unamed file past its end.). It imports just fine anyway so I'm completely content. On another topic and not to put GPS Babel out of business or anything (I love the tool) but for crying out loud, can't we get a standard format for these things!?!? I'm prepared to label myself as a cache, in a mall parking lot drainage pipe, and accost fellow cachers with a petition clipboard disguised as a log book. Wonder what it would take to get some of these commercial and shareware software vendors to listen. --- Robert Lipe <rob...@us...> wrote: > Mont Erickson wrote: > > I apologize for posting here but the list archive > is > > not available so here goes... > > I'd rather people ask on the list than continuing to > bang my > gong privately. > > (Of course, I wish the archives were more reliable, > and that more > people would use them, too, but I'll take what I can > get. :-) > > > I'm using the Windows version of GPS Babel (1.1.0 > - > > stable).
