[Gpsbabel-code] MapPoint module now uses GPSBabel

Jayson Harshbarger has just released version 0.3 of Coordinate Exchange
to http://www.hypercubed.com/projects/coordex/ . This version uses
GPSBabel as a back-end for file import and export to his MapPoint add-in.

I'm pretty happy to see this sort of application married to GPSBabel
as it's exactly the sort of thing I imagined during initial design and
development.
