[Gpsbabel-misc] pioneer avic file format

Hi, hope you can help i'm trying to convert pioneer sat nav track logging
files to gpx since pioneer no longer support their own program. i can't
find the right settings in gpsbabel to work, the files are instantly read
by the online gps visualizer so i presume the ltb files are in fact a
common gps format. gps visualizer dosen't give any indication as to how
it's recognised the files, and as i need to convert many files it looks as
though your program would be much quicker to use. i've attached a sample
file, the contents of which mean nothing to me but hopefully will to you.
