[Gpsbabel-misc] GPSBabel Download

I have been trying to download the GPSBabel-1.5.3-Setup.exe and when I
click the button it takes me to https://www.gpsbabel.org/plan9.php which
gives a error message of 'couldn't execute query 2'.

Can someone provide a URL for the download file (and someone may want to
look at the website).
