[Gpsbabel-misc] Error Code 1 ???

You're using the track filter ("-x
track,fix=3d,speed,start=20130322000001,stop=20130922225959,title
=ACTIVE LOG #%Y%m%d") and the track filter requires timestamps on all
trackpoints. You've asked it to recompute the speed between successive
locations and it can't do that without timestamps.
Older Garmins are notorious about throwing away timestamps on saved tracks.
